Deputy Minister Šrámek Met with Deputy Minister of the Italian MFA Picchi

Deputy Minister Ivo Šrámek hosted a working lunch with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy Guglielmo Picchi on September 5, 2018. Deputy Minister Picchi came to Prague to open the 26th Economic and Environmental Forum OSCE. The partners discussed topics of the OSCE presidency in 2020, experience of Italian chairmanship in the OSCE and preparations for the OSCE ministerial meeting to be held in Milan in December 2018.

The important issue of migration and the future of the Operation Sophia were extensively covered. The meeting with Deputy Minister Picchi provided the opportunity to exchange views on the current situation in the OSCE, to discuss the current security challenges and deepen bilateral relations.
