This was the first annual opportunity to assess the direct practical experience of Czechs - or rather their representative - with the functioning of minority policy within the framework of national minorities in the Romanian Parliament and state. Envoy Krátký was therefore interested in Š. Bouda’s acquired experience and in what key tasks and challenges await Czech compatriots (the Forum of Czechs in Romania) and the Czech MP during the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. The Envoy also inquired about the effectiveness of the connection between the MP and the umbrella organization and requested direct communication in this regard. The visit of MP Š. Bouda to Prague took place fourteen days after the visit of the leadership of the umbrella compatriot organization, the Forum of Czechs in Romania, headed by its newly elected chairman Petr Hrůza.
