Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský to Visit India

Minister of Foreign Affairs Jan Lipavský will visit India with a business delegation from February 26 to March 1, 2023. Minister Lipavský will meet with his Indian counterpart Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, top government officials, local leaders, and the business community. He will speak at the India-Europe Business and Sustainability Conclave in New Delhi, focusing on sustainable economies and opportunities for cooperation between the EU and India.
The primary topics will be to reinforce a dialogue with India on innovation, defense industrial cooperation, economic relations, cooperation opportunities in the Indo-Pacific and current foreign policy issues. Minister Lipavský will be accompanied by a business mission led by the Union of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic.
