Registration for submitting the applications for Employee Cards at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta for the period January-March 2025

The registration system for submitting the applications for Employee Cards will be open on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 08:00 to 14:00 o´clock local time (Western Indonesian Time - WIB), i.e. for 6 hours, for the period January-March 2025.
Registration process will proceed through the e-mail Jakarta.Visa@mzv.gov.cz under the terms and conditions stated below.
The Czech Government Regulation No. 436/2023 of 13 December 2023 set a binding annual quota of 70 applications for Employee Cards issued by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jakarta. In accordance with the Government Regulation, the Embassy can accept 18 applicants for Employee Cards in the specified period.
Conditions for sending a registration email
Applicants for Employee Cards register to apply only electronically through the email address Jakarta.Visa@mzv.gov.cz. Registrations submitted in a different way or outside of the specified registration schedule will not be taken into account and will be excluded from the process. We recommend sending registration emails in the first hours of the registration schedule, not at the end. Each applicant can send only one registration email. Bulk registrations made for multiple applicants from one email address will not be accepted.
Registration Email Content Terms
Only the unique passport number of the applicant needs to be included in the subject of the registration e-mail. E-mails that have information other than the individual passport number of the applicant in the subject of the message will not be taken into account.
The text of the registration e-mail must include the following information of the applicant:
- name and surname (according to the applicant's passport)
- date of birth
- purpose of stay (Employee Card)
- contact email
- contact phone number
The following documents in PDF format must be attached to the registration email:
- a scanned copy of the data page of the applicant's travel document
- a scanned copy of the employment contract
Important notice
Citizens of countries other than Indonesia, the Sultanate of Brunei and Timor-Leste can only register to apply if they have been staying in Indonesia for more than two years on a long-term residence permit. A scanned copy of the residence permit in PDF format must be attached to the registration email.
When submitting the Employee Card application itself, identical documents that were sent in the registration process must be submitted, otherwise the registration is invalid. Without meeting the above requirements and conditions, the registration is invalid and will not be taken into account, or will be excluded from processing without further notice to the applicant.
Electronic registration contains an element of randomness. In a case of successful registration, the applicant will be informed about the specific date for submitting their Employee Card application at the Embassy by e-mail sent to the contact e-mail address specified in the registration. The set date for submitting the Employee Card application is fixed and cannot be changed.
