Following a format similar to the previous year's event, all Honorary Consuls attended the meeting.

The Czech Republic is currently represented by three Honorary Consulates in Indonesia located in Bali (Sanur), Semarang and Surabaya. All Honorary Consuls accepted the invitation to this working meeting and, together with representatives of the Embassy, consulted current topics in the field of consular, cultural and economic cooperation. This gathering served as a valuable platform for exchanging experiences and ideas, with the goal of improving the effectiveness of future collaborations.

While their role is honorary and does not come with financial rewards, Honorary Consuls play a crucial role in upholding and enhancing Indonesia's relations with the Czech Republic. They contribute notably by aiding in the resolution of challenging situations for citizens and promoting the positive reputation of the Czech Republic in cultural and economic spheres.
