As part of  Beyoğlu Belediyesi  2nd International Film Days, audiences in Istanbul will once again encounter the voice and legacy of playwright, dissident, and former Czech President Václav Havel, whose ideas remain as relevant and inspiring today as ever, in the year he would have celebrated his 90th birthday.
