When requesting an appointment to submit your visa sticker transfer application, please attach:

1. scan of the data page of your travel document
2. scan or information about your valid residence permit

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Hanoi will verify your residence permit and, depending on its capacity, assign you an appointment to submit your application.
