The controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations. In exceptional cases, the data may be handed over to the relevant law enforcement authorities on the basis of a reasoned request (police/international criminal law cooperation). |
Rights of data subjects |
Access is allowed on the basis of a request of the data subject to the extent of the data processed about him/her.
Given the retention period, the data subject has the right to request the deletion of the data on which he or she is displayed, provided that the video-surveillance footage does not capture an emergency situation.
The data subject may obtain from the controller restriction of processing, and until it is verified that the legitimate interests of the controller do not override the legitimate interests of the data subjects, the controller shall restrict the processing of personal data to their storage. If the data subject needs the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, the controller will retain the personal data of the data subject on his/her request also in case, when the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing or the retention period of the video-surveillance footage has expired.
The data subject has the right to object.
