His Highness met with President Miloš Zeman and Prime Minister Petr Fiala. Czech ministers of industry and trade, transport, finance and foreign affairs attended. On the Qatari side, ministers of foreign affairs, industry and trade, energy and chiefs of key Qatari institutions and companies, including the Qatar Investment Agency QIA and Qatar Airways were present. During the visit, the Qatari side announced its intention to open an embassy in Prague soon. His Highness ended the successful visit with a dinner at Prague Castle.
