Required Information for Appointment Requests

When requesting an appointment via email, it is essential to include the following information:

• Full Name: Name, Surname
• Nationality and Country of Residence (if different from nationality)
• Purpose of Appointment: Indicate whether the appointment is for a short-term visa, long-term visa, and specify the purpose of travel (e.g., tourism, work, study), or for legalization or other consular matters.
• Contact Telephone Number

Important: If any of the above information is missing from the email, the appointment request will NOT be processed.
