Lecture by the V4 Ambassadors at Aalborg University

On Tuesday 25 October 2016, the Visegrad countries' ambassadors gave a guest lecture at the Aalborg University with the title “Visegrad and the future of Europe”. The priorities of the Czech foreign policy were presented by the Czech Ambassador to Denmark Jiří Brodský.
The lecture focused on the history of Visegrad group, which has celebrated 25 years of its existence this year. Furthermore, the ambassadors discussed the current topics, such as migration, Brexit and economic future of the EU. At the end of the lecture there was a discussion with the participants.

The ambassador participated later on in a tourism fair “Central Europe as a tourist destination”, focused mainly on the incoming tourism from Denmark. CzechTourism, government agency responsible for promoting the country abroad, participated in the fair and used this opportunity to promote the Czech Republic as an interesting tourist destination. Among the participants were representatives of university, as well as tour operators.
