Appointments for in-person visa application submissions are assigned by the Consulate based on available capacity. The allocated appointment is binding and, except in exceptional circumstances (such as medical reasons), cannot be changed.

If you are submitting your visa application by mail, the visa fee must be paid in cash, or alternatively you may wait for a payment link, which the Consulate will send to your email address. Payment of the visa fee by money order is not accepted.
