The Czech Embassy in Chisinau will support Small Scale Projects 2025. You are welcome to submit project proposals. More information you can find in the attachment.

Project proposals should be in line with the thematic priorities of the Czech development cooperation - Good Governance, Social Infrastructure, Agriculture And Rural Development And Water And Sanitation and can also be extended to related sectors of Health and Sustainable, Smart and Resilient Cities. Cross-cutting focus is this year on climate security and conflict prevention (with an emphasis on the role of women in conflict prevention and resolution and the prevention of crimes against humanity).

Projects are primarily intended for local entities, however, possible application of Czech products and know-how is highly recommended while stick to the principle of sustainability. It is essential that it is possible to obtain and pay for these products in the country of operation, including follow-up service. Possible synergies/linkages with other instruments funded by the Czech Republic are also welcome. The following links are available to search for possible Czech partners and solutions:

The identification form you will find in the attachment, the form must be filled in English, signed and stamped. Together with identification form, please deliver the copy of the document about your legal entity and document proving that the signatory of the identification form has the right to represent the organization.

Only the proposals filled in the identification form in the attachment and accompanied by the two above-mentioned documents will be accepted. Each organization can submit only 1 project proposal.

The budget for one project can be minimum 200 000 CZK/ approximately 165 000 MDL and maximum 500 000 CZK/ approximately 400 000 MDL. Support costs (personal costs, travelling, and accommodation) must not exceed 25% of the total budget. This must be clearly visible from the budget in the end of the identification form. The budget must be in both currencies, in the Czech crowns and in Moldovan lei. Period of realization from March 2025 to October 2025.

Items 2 and 3 in section 8 of the identification form (Budget proposal) are intended exclusively for the implementer's personal and travel expenses associated with project administration - for example, items such as: project coordinator, financial manager, accountant, administrator, etc. Items 1 and 4 in section 8 of the identification form (Budget proposal) are intended for expenses for the direct implementation of the project, including eventual personal or travel expenses.
