From 1/26 negative Covid-19 test necessary before departure to the USA

On January 12, the director of the US Department of Hygiene CDC signed an order requiring the submission of a test result (PCR test or antigen test) for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 from all passengers entering the United States by air.
The test must be completed no later than three days before the start of the trip and the result will have to be submitted to the airline before departure to the USA. The regulation will come in effect on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.

The CDC's recommendation to continue testing once again between the 3rd and 5th day after arrival and to stay at home for 7 days after arrival will continue to apply. Details in the article After you travel internationally
It is also still in effect that a Czech citizens cannot travel to the USA if they have physically resided in the territory of the Schengen countries, Great Britain, Ireland, Brazil, China and Iran in the last 14 days.
