We would like to inform you that applications for financial donations to expatriate associations within the framework of the Czech government's program for the support of Czech cultural heritage abroad for the year 2025 are available in the electronic form in both Czech and English language versions: Žádost o peněžní dar (mzv.cz)

The application must be submitted electronically by August 1, 2024, and by the same date, a printed and signed application marked "MFA Subsidy" must be handed over to the Consulate General in Chicago or sent to the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Chicago, 205 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 1680, Chicago, Illinois, 60601 no later than July 31, 2024.

Associations applying for the first time must also submit a copy of the association's registration, including a certificate of non-profit organization, and the association's bylaws.

As part of the provision of monetary donations for expatriate projects, contributions to specific and traditional activities of associations, such as cultural and educational events, will be prioritized over maintenance and repairs of expatriate buildings.
