The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Chicago will also be available to accept such requests on Saturday, August 29, 2026, and Sunday, August 30, 2026. Requests may be submitted by appointment only. Due to building access requirements at the premises housing the Consulate, applications may be submitted exclusively by prior appointment, which can be arranged by e-mail at: chicago.consular.section@mzv.gov.cz or by phone at 312-730-5179.

Please note that voters can vote in these elections only in the respective Senate electoral districts within the territory of the Czechia. These elections are not held at Czech diplomatic missions abroad.
