U Hybernů Palace - Online Auction

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Canberra is pleased to announce the sale of an attractive building in the center of Prague – U Hybernů Palace.
Interested buyers can participate in an electronic auction, which will take place from 25 March 2025, at 12:00 PM until 26 March 2025, ending at 12:00 PM.
The starting price is CZK 447,000,000.
The U Hybernů Palace is a beautiful historical building located in one of the most prestigious areas of Prague near the Municipal House and the Powder Tower. The palace is named after the Irish Franciscans. In the 19th century it was rebuilt as a customs office for the Austrian Empire and after a major reconstruction in 2006 it became a theater. Today, the Hybernia Theatre is in use presenting musicals, concerts and other theatrical performances.
