President's Klaus visit to the ARE included a signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Tourism, and Joint Decalaration in the frame-work of Nature Preservation Protocol. President Klaus opened an exhition „Discovering Ancient Egypt - Fifty Years of the Egyptian-Czech Collaboration in Archaeology“. The exhibition was desgined by the Czech Institute of Egyptology inside the Egyptian Museum.
