Opening remarks by the Czech Ambassador and Executive Director of Transparency International Hungary were followed by a scientific presentation of prof. Bey Nagy from the Sociological Institute of Corvinus University in Budapest and by a presentation of Marianna Pajda, who represented the Hungarian branch of Czech company Zásilkovna.
During his opening speech, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic Tibor Bial mentioned several successful Czech businesswomen and highlighted that the number of businesswomen in the Czech Republic has been growing for a long time. Currently, women represent one third of all entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic
After the presentations, five Hungarian women participated in a panel discussion, during which they discussed issues such as work-family balance. The panel discussion was followed by a networking reception.
