At the invitation of the President of Romania K. Iohannis, the summit, which took place in the Presidential palace Cotroceni, was attended – besides the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic – by presidents of Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria. In the Czech delegation there was also a Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Security and Multilateral Issues Jakub Kulhánek.
