“Smart City and Intelligent Mobility Solutions”: Presentation and networking event in Brussels on 21 June

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Belgium in cooperation with the CzechTrade/CEBRE Representation in Brussels organized on 21st of June 2022 a presentation and networking event titled "Smart City and Intelligent Mobility Solutions" at the Prague House that serves as the residence of the Delegation of Prague to the EU.
The event formed part of a coordinated project of the three Embassies of the Czech Republic and the CzechTrade representations in Benelux within the framework of the economic diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It allowed selected Czech companies operating successfully in the field of "smart cities” with emphasis on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) to introduce its innovative solutions to Belgian interested professionals.
The approach of the City of Prague and its innovations in ITS were presented by Mr. Jaromír Beránek, Deputy of the Prague City Assembly and Chairman of its Committee for Intelligent Transport and Smart City.
The participants from the Belgian side included representatives of the federal and regional governments, Brussels, Flemish and Walloon associations for export promotion, investment and innovation, and representatives of public and private companies in the field of Smart Cities and ITS.
