Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium organized lunch of V4 Group

On Tuesday 16th July 2019, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium Pavel Klucký organized a working lunch of the Visegrad Group. It was the first working lunch of the Visegrad Group under the Czech Presidency.
Apart from the Czech ambassador Klucký, also other member states of the Visegrad Group were present: the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic Peter Kormúth, the Ambassador of Hungary Tamás Iván Kovács and the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland Artur Orzechowski. Mrs. Theodora Gentzis, the Director General for European Affairs of the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs accepted the invitation as a guest of honour. Mrs. Theodora Gentzis attended the working lunch with hr deputy Mr. Michiel Maertens. The invitation was also accepted by the representative of the currently presiding country in the Council of the European Union, the Ambassador of Finland in Brussels, Riitta Resch.
The discussion concentrated mainly on the current European topics like migration, multiannual financial framework, brexit and cooperation among different member states.
