As of April 9, 2022, the Ministry of Health (mzcr.cz) of the Czech Republic cancels all protective measures on the COVID-19 disease. This simplifies the conditions of entry to the Czech Republic:

Again, entry to the Czech Republic is conditional only on the visa policy as in the pre-pandemic time. PCR tests or vaccinations are not requested, neither is mandatory to fill out the arrival form (COVID-19 theme form).
