The delegation led by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prague Airport, Mr. Jiří Pos, accompanied by Czech Ambassador Martin Tomčo and economic diplomat Adam Kupka, met in the Chinese capital with the representatives of Hainan Airlines, i.e. the airline that already operated the route between our capitals before the Covid-19 pandemic.

Both companies have shown a strong interest in resuming the direct connection, while one of the decisive factors for Hainan Airlines will be the demand of travel agencies for trips to the Czech Republic. Representatives of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Beijing promised both parties cooperation in possible further steps.
