Balíkovna Held Meetings with Potential Partners at the Embassy

On 21 April, the company Balíkovna held meetings with potential Chinese partners at the Embassy. These included the air cargo carrier Central Airlines and one of China’s largest e‑commerce companies, JD.com. Mr. Martin Kment, Director of Balíkovna, and Ms. Lucie Marková, Head of Asia Development Operations, presented the company’s strategy and concept for the Chinese market.
Balíkovna is expanding its focus on the Chinese market, which is closely linked to the search for new local partners. One of the key trends in Chinese exports is e‑commerce, specifically the shipment of small parcels. In this context, Balíkovna met at the Embassy with Central Airlines, a specialist in air cargo transportation, to discuss potential cooperation in this area. The main topic of the meeting was the possibility of collaboration on parcel transport.
Another meeting supported by the Embassy was held with the leading Chinese e‑commerce company JD.com, specifically its subsidiary JD Logistics. This discussion focused on identifying possible areas of cooperation related to the company’s expansion into Europe.
