Sichuan province in southwestern China was hit by one of the most devastating earthquakes in the country's history on 5th September.
President of the Czech Republic, Miloš Zeman, sent his condolences to President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, on 7th September following a devastating earthquake in southwestern China two days earlier. The natural disaster has claimed tens of lives.
