Special Performance of Czech Folklore Group DANAJ

The Czech Embassy in Beijing will host a unique performance of the Czech Folklore Group DANAJ on the 1st of July this year. The group will perform during the opening ceremony of an art exhibition by Zhang Yue and Li Yana. After that, DANAJ will travel to showcase their talents in Gansu Province.

DANAJ was formed in 1959 in the town of Straznice, South Moravia. It is connected to the rich folklore tradition of the town, which is also the venue of a famous international folklore festival. The performaces of DANAJ in China promise to be a unique experience for the local audience.
