Schedule Apppointment
Information on applications for long-term visas or residence permits for the purpose of study:
→ Applicants are required to schedule an appointment in advance via e-mail bangkok.visa@mzv.gov.cz.
→ E-mails sent to other Embassy´s e-mail boxes will not be taken into account and the appointments will not be given.
→ WE ADVISE STUDENTS TO SUBMIT THEIR VISA APPLICATIONS AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FROM THE UNIVERSITY.
Appointment request requirements:
1. E-mail subject must contain name, surname and date of birth of the applicant.
2. Attachments:
● scan copy of applicant´s passport data page
● scan of a acceptance letter from the university (or other document proving the purpose of stay) in the .pdf format

No slot will be provided without the above mentioned attachments.
It is possible to ask for one slot for one applicant only!
