• At no stage of the process of processing applications for Czech Schengen visas in Azerbaijan, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Baku or the Visa Center in Baku cooperate with any commercial intermediaries, including travel agencies.

Quota for applications for Czech Schengen visas for employment purposes
The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Baku has set a monthly quota for receiving applications for Czech Schengen visas for employment purposes in the Czech Republic. A maximum of 3 applications for Czech Schengen visas for employment purposes can be submitted per month exclusively through the Visa Center in Baku.

• Category of applicants traveling for the purpose of "BUSINESS/BUSINESS TRIP" - since July 2026, a separate category "BUSINESS" has been introduced in the ordering system of the Visa Center in Baku, intended exclusively for registration for submitting applications for Czech Schengen visas by persons traveling at the invitation of their business partners, participants in international conferences or professional training courses. The introduction of this measure has simplified the access of the above categories of applicants to obtain Czech Schengen visas.

• Information on submitting applications for Czech Schengen visas for larger groups of applicants (for example, sports events, congresses/conferences)
FOR ORGANIZERS OF EVENTS WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF A LARGER NUMBER OF CITIZENS OF AZERBAIJAN
If you are organizing a major mass event in the Czech Republic - a major sports competition, congress, conference, etc., which will be attended by a larger group of applicants with a visa requirement, please contact and inform us well in advance.

In order for these applications to be received and processed in a timely manner, we ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following organizational measures:

• inform us at least 2-3 months in advance - preferably earlier and certainly not later
• provide a more or less final list of names of applicants
• set a uniform itinerary for all members of the group - a uniform date of arrival and departure, without additional purpose of the trip (e.g. without extension of stay for Schengen trips by some members of the group)
• designate one contact person who will ensure communication between the consulate and the applicants (it is necessary to provide the e-mail address and contact telephone number of this person)

In view of the workload and the need to effectively plan and organize our activities, a mass application can only be processed in a timely manner if the organizer provides this necessary cooperation.
