Press conference on the occasion of Czechoslovakia's 98th anniversary

On the October 21st the Czech Embassy in Baku held a press conference on the occasion of the 98th Anniversary of forming of the independent Czechoslovakia. The press conference was attended by 14 journalists from the main Azerbaijani media. During its course H. E. Ambassador Vitezslav Pivonka emphasized the most important aspects of the Czech – Azerbaijani relations and answered number of questions. Mr. Ambassador pointed out that the Czech Republic perceives Azerbaijan as a valued strategic partner, which supplies as much as one third of its oil consumption.
