The Czech Ambassador Milan Sedláček presented the Czech EU Presidency priorities as well as areas of cooperation between the EU and Azerbaijan, including energy security, peace process facilitation and negotiations over a new EU-Azerbaijan partnership agreement. In his subsequent speech, the Head of the EU Delegation in Baku, Ambassador Peter Michalko wished success to the Czech Presidency.
