Czech-Azerbaijani political consultations

Director General for European Issues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Mr. Jaroslav Kurfürst, held another round of regular political consultations with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Khalaf Khalafov, in Baku on 30 March 2023.  Bilateral and EU – Azerbaijan relations as well as regional and security topics were discussed, contributing to a Strategic Dialogue based on the 2015 Joint Declaration of Strategic Partnership between the two countries. The partners acknowledged the value of friendly relations between Prague and Baku in the current challenging times.
