Agreement between Embassy of the Czech Republic in Baku and representatives of the  local school and self-government in Qaravalli was signed on 9 August 2017. The project enables Qaravalli representatives to visit the Czech Republic where they meet experts in sphere of education and self-government. They will also stay in Studnice u Náchoda where they will discuss possibilities of the co-operation between both villages and schools and will have  an opportunity familiarize themselves with functioning of the local self-government.
