On August 11, 2025, H.E. Andrea Kučerová presented copies of her credentials to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Jordan. The copies of her credentials were officially received by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Majed Qatraneh. This formal ceremony marks the first step of her diplomatic mission in Amman. Ambassador Andrea Kučerová brings to her new role a wealth of experience from her time at the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Andrea Kučerová has an impressive academic background, holding a Ph.D. in the history and cultures of Asian and African countries. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen the already excellent relations between the Czech Republic and Jordan. Both countries have a solid foundation for cooperation, and the new ambassador aims to further develop this partnership.
