Czechia brings new technology for Ghanaian farmers

On January 29, 2025, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Pavel Bílek, met with the Executive Director of the non-profit organization Plant-for-the-Planet Ghana, Mr. Mohammed Rabiu Dannakabu, to sign and simultaneously officially launch a project to build a training center for farmers in central Ghana. This is a small local project implemented within the framework of Czech development cooperation. The aim of the project is to install a vegetable oil pressing machine from the Czech company Farmet in the training center and familiarize selected farmers with its operation in order to increase their professional knowledge, productivity and improve the economic situation of the local community.
