In his presentation, he introduced the Czech Republic, its history, and its present. He also addressed the development of relations between Ghana and the Czech Republic, from the establishment of diplomatic ties to current cooperation in a changing world. Ambassador Bílek emphasized the breadth of these relations, which encompass a wide range of areas – from cooperation in security and cybersecurity, to economic collaboration, cultural and academic exchanges, and even sports. Following the lecture, a discussion ensued, during which students expressed interest in the impact of a changing world on Czech-Ghanaian relations and in further opportunities for developing economic ties.
