Change of currency for collection of consular and visa fees

With effect from April 23rd, 2021, consular and visa fees are collected at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Accra exclusively in the local currency Ghanaian Cedi (GHS).
The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Accra hereby informs that, with effect from April 23rd, 2021, it will accept consular and visa fees only in the local currency Ghanaian Cedi (GHS). Euros will no longer be accepted. The overview of current fees can be found in the section "Visa and Consular Fees" . Please note, that the exact amount for individual visa and consular fee will be collected in local currency, depending on the current GHS exchange rate to the Czech koruna (CZK) and may slightly fluctuate each month.
