Fabric for the future in Burkina Faso

On 11.10.2021, a factory for the production and sale of cotton fabrics was launched in Bodo- Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. A small local project (MLP) funded by the Czech Development Cooperation (Czech Development Cooperation) helped several local women get jobs to support themselves and their children. A woman in local circumstances finds it three times more difficult to get a job than a man, so the project has significantly increased the chances of several families having a decent life. The project has helped to bring economic recovery to the entire local community. Organic production with organic cotton quality, with no pollution of the local environment, is also a significant added value of the project.
