Appointment booking will take place on 15 September 2026 from 08:00 to 14:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time, UTC+2). Emails sent before or after this time period will not be taken into consideration. Appointment slots will be assigned to applicants through an automated system. There is no need to send emails immediately after registration opens. Appointment slots will be assigned to applicants within 7 working days after the registration period closes.
