Panel discussion on 50th anniversary of the African Union

On 3 May, 2013, on the occassion of the 50th anniversary of the African Union (AU), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic organized a panel discussion The emerging Africa and the Czech Republic – How shall we enhance our partnership?
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Tomáš Dub, Ambassador of the AU to the EU Ajay Bramdeo, analysts Lydie Boka (StrategiCo) and Petr Lebeda (Glopolis), were among the panelists. The event was co-organized by the Institute of International Relations (IIR) and Embassies of African states in Prague
The event was also accompanied by the opening of the exhibition „We Help them to Survive - the Way towards the Wandering Bus" about the contribution of the ZOO Prague to the nature and wild life conservation in Africa.
