Official handover of 3 reactivated Czech aircrafts L-39ZA in Kano to Nigerian Air Force

On June 21, 2019, the Czech Ambassador to Nigeria H.E. Mr. Marek Skolil took part, in the city of Kano, Kano State, at the official handover of 3 refurbished aircrafts L-39ZA to Nigerian Air Force (NAF), represented by Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Abubakar Saddiq, by its original constructor - Czech company Aero Vodochody. Czech partners support NAF in training and in the fight against terrorism. When visiting Kano, the Czech Ambassador was received by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, and upon his return to Abuja he also paid a courtesy call to the Governor of Kano State, H. E. Mr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
