The President of the UN Human Rights Council, Ambassador Václav Bálek, addressed the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on 9 February 2023. Ambassador Bálek briefed the delegates on the priorities of the Presidency for 2023 and underlined the importance of cooperation between human rights organisations in the difficult times we are experiencing.
