The event will feature world-famous Egyptian sportswomen, such as weightlifter Abeer Abdelrahman, basketball player Soraya Mohamed, cyclist Ebtissam Mohamed, as well as former Czech professional basketball player Ilona Burgrová. In the form of panel discussions, they will share their journey and explain the role of women in sports. During the event, participants will be able to view a unique exhibition of the Czech and Egyptian Heroines. At the end of the event, there will be a screening of the Egyptian documentary Lift Like a Girl by director Mayya Zayed.

 

The event will be held in Arabic and partially in English.
