Czech Cuisine Conquers Western Africa

The turn of the Czech ambassador’s wife came in June 2015. And what was on the menu? At the beginning, she feasted invited ladies with chicken broth, followed by a main dish consisting of roasted mutton with cabbage and dumplings and as a dessert Mrs. Senait Mikešová prepared authentic Czech “koblihy” (kind of doughnut). The proof that Ambassadors´wives enjoyed the dishes is in diligence with which they wrote down the recipes for all the dishes presented.
