The new Czech ambassador, H.E. Josef Koutský, handed over copies of his credentials to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE

On 12/09/2023, just the fourth day after joining the Czech Embassy in Abu Dhabi, the new ambassador of the Czech Republic to the United Arab Emirates H.E. Josef Koutský handed over a copy of his credentials in the hands of the Assistant of Undersecretary of Protocol Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the UAE Mr. Saiif Al Shamsi.
Mr. Saif Al Shamsi praised the development of the bilateral relationship over the last period, saying that MOFA is ready to assist H.E. ambassador in strengthening it. H.E. Josef Koutský thanked for the reception and mentioned that: “… the billateral relations are lively, we have discussed a number of economic projects, business activities, not only in traditional commodities, but we are also focusing on new projects in science, research, technology or energy, we are preparing, just randomly, for Dubai Air Show, COP28 and the 1st, CZE – UAE Joint Economic Commission (JEC) in Prague, which is supposed to be hold in the second half of December 2023.
