The main idea of the concert was to present artistic skills of children and students, our young generation. The programme included classical and modern pieces which are well known for their melodies, rhythms and musical values. Each piece has it special feeling and requires the orchestra to perform it in the way that keeps original intention of the composer.

To be successful in education of our young generation, the close collaboration and synergy is needed among children, their parents and teachers. During the history, an efficient system of education focused on performing arts has been developed both in Slovakia and Czechia. There are networks of public comprehensive schools of performing arts where every child can find its area of interest: music, painting, dance, ballet, theatre. The second level is represented by conservatories which prepare future professional artists and teachers. At the top of this pyramid representing levels of education there are academies of performing arts where the best students are graduated and thus become real artists, future virtuosos, maestros.

We are very glad that also here, in the United Arab Emirates, the children can attend lessons of performing arts including music. The guests were witnesses how the kids are motivated to learn and play the violin.

Other special thanks goes to His Excellency Mr. Michal Kováč, Ambassador of Slovak Republic, and His Excellency Mr. Jiří Slavík, Ambassador of the Czech Republic for their support together with support by all members of both Embassies.

A big thanks  go to the music teachers, who has prepared the children and encouraged them  to perform,  but also to the parents and families who lead the children to music and especially to the children themselves - members of the orchestra for their diligence and courage to play in front of so many people.
